How long does a couch or sectional deep clean take (including dry time)?
Most jobs take about 1–2 hours on-site. Larger sectionals usually take 2–3 hours, depending on seat count, fabric type, and staining. After cleaning, dry time is typically 4–8 hours with normal airflow. Some pieces may take up to 12–24 hours to fully dry in cooler rooms, high humidity, thicker fabrics, or heavier soiling. Tip: Fans + open windows (or AC) can speed drying.
How do I book and get a price estimate?
Fill out the booking form and include your address, seat count, fabric type (if known), and clear photos. We’ll reply with an estimate and available times. If you’re ready, a $50 deposit secures your appointment—it’s applied toward your final service total.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and it’s credited toward your final total. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just message us as soon as you can. For changes with less than 24 hours’ notice—or if we arrive and can’t reach you—the deposit may be kept to cover the reserved time slot.
Do you remove all stains?
We treat the most common household stains and odor sources. Results depend on the fabric type, how long the stain has been set, and what caused it. In many cases, stains lift significantly after treatment—however, some may only lighten or remain faint even after a deep clean. We’ll always do our best to improve the look and freshness while protecting the fabric.
What do you need from me before the appointment?
Just the basics: address + parking notes, item type (couch/sectional/chairs/rug), seat count, photos, and stain notes (pet accident, food spill, etc.). If cushions are removable, let us know.
